Business Development Director, Enterprise

The Business Development Director, Enterprise will lead new business development activities and grow market share within Canada. Collaborating with our largest accounts and the Customer Relationship Partner team, this role will drive growth and adoption of new services.

This position is an integral part of our team, participating in and driving activities that lead to an efficient and successful Employer Solutions division. The Business Development Director, Enterprise will represent the company effectively and support LifeWorks corporate objectives throughout Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline to ensure quota target coverage
  • Meet quarterly and annual financial targets
  • Develop a direct sales channel through an account-based sales model and cold outreach strategy
  • Sell well-being solutions through both direct and broker/consultant channels
  • Represent LifeWorks in business presentations, relationships, community efforts, and general networking activities
  • Develop new broker channel relationships and influence their decision-making processes
  • Nurture existing partners to develop long-term channel relationships
  • Communicate professionally, crisply, and confidently, passionately articulating the LifeWorks business proposition and ROI model
  • Maintain responsibility for the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through to negotiation and close of sale, with a heavy focus on prospecting
