HR Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR Management Specialist to join our team at Market Lane Early Learning Centre. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for administering staff consultation and grievance procedures, assigning projects, coordinating HR activities, directing daily operations, evaluating daily operations, planning human resources policies, managing training, overseeing reports, responding to employee questions, conducting performance reviews, and evaluating work environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Consultation and Grievance Procedures: Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures in a fair and transparent manner, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Project Assignment: Assign projects to subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labour relations, and employee relations, taking into account their skills and abilities.
- HR Department Coordination: Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals and objectives, working closely with other departments as needed.
- Daily Operations: Direct and control daily operations, evaluating their effectiveness and making adjustments as necessary.
- Evaluations: Evaluate daily operations, including staff performance, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Policies and Programs: Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
- Training and Development: Manage training and development strategies to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Reports: Oversee the preparation of reports, providing insights and analysis to inform business decisions.
- Employee Support: Respond to employee questions and complaints, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews, evaluating staff performance and providing feedback for improvement.

$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
