HR Generalist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team at Agilus Work Solutions. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing employee records, recruitment efforts, and health & safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage data entry tasks related to employee information and benefits accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Utilize HR software for data collection, reporting, and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews and facilitating a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Work on various special projects assigned by the management team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree, College or Diploma in HR or equivalent with a minimum of 2-3 years of HR Generalist experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • CPHR designation or working toward would be an asset.
  • Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of HR practices.
  • Familiarity with HR software systems, such as Payworks, for efficient operations.
  • Solid knowledge of data collection and analysis techniques to inform HR strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and a knack for building relationships.
  • Strong working knowledge of and experience with MS Office suite.
Working Hours:

8:00am to 4:30 pm and 8:00am to 2:00pm every Friday during summer.
