Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Shift HR Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate HR department activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Direct and manage a team of 5-10 staff members
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Manage contracts and agreements
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions

32 hours per week, permanent position, English language, Shift HR Inc.
