About the Role

Pacific Senior Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our healthcare team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and training sessions
  • Develop and implement training and development strategies
  • Manage information filing systems and maintain accurate records
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to communicate marketing messages
  • Recruit and hire staff, and perform related staffing actions
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field
  • Experience in a healthcare setting an asset
  • Proficient in MS Office and computerized information systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
