About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Shaila Jiwa Physiotherapist Co. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our office operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
    • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Data Entry and Management
    • Enter data into our database and ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Perform data analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Office Operations
    • Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and maintaining inventory.
    • Ensure the office is clean and organized, and that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and patients.
    • Communicate effectively with our team and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
