About the Role

The Vice President, Client Solutions & Innovation will play a critical leadership role in defining and building a strategy to deepen the impact of our obstetrical and perinatal solutions and pursue solution expansion opportunities.

This role will evolve, modernize, and execute our next-stage suite of solutions – including professional services, content, and enabling technology – to increase value to clients and support growth.

The successful candidate will contribute to Salus Global's business strategy, augment our consulting operations, develop a comprehensive roadmap of services that aligns with client needs, and improve patient safety and quality of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, lead, and mentor a qualified team of consulting professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
  • Lead the team through organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining morale.
  • Develop performance measures to capture the impact of our partnership with healthcare teams.
  • Profile our impact through external communications.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly interprofessional team-based care, and have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing consulting teams.

A post-graduate degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare consulting or a related field.
