Position Purpose: -

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales to lead and expand our Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft's cloud solutions, a proven track record of driving business growth, and a strategic approach to building long term partnerships. This role is critical in driving the success of our sales initiatives and expanding our market presence.

Key Accountabilities: -


• Strategic Leadership:


• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to expand the company's Dynamics 365 ERP services portfolio.


• Identify and assess new market opportunities, verticals, and partnerships that align with our long-term business goals.


• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Microsoft executives, clients, and partners.


• Sales & Business Development:


• Drive revenue growth by developing and managing a robust sales pipeline focused on Dynamics 365 and offerings.


• Lead the end-to-end sales process, from identifying prospects to contract negotiations, and closing large-scale deals.


• Collaborate with sales teams to target new clients, leveraging industry knowledge and deep technical expertise in Dynamics 365.


• Partnership Management:


• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and Microsoft, managing strategic partnerships to ensure alignment with Microsoft's technology roadmap.


• Build strong relationships with channel partners to enhance solution offerings and increase market penetration.


• Product & Solution Development:


• Work closely with technical and product teams to develop innovative Dynamics 365 and Azure solutions tailored to customer needs.


• Stay informed of the latest trends and developments in cloud technologies to guide product development strategies and ensure competitive positioning.


• Team Leadership:


• Build and lead a high-performing business development team, providing mentorship, performance management, and strategic direction.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and technical experts, to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies.


• Market Analysis & Reporting:


• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.


• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on business development performance, market insights, and revenue projections

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities


• Optimistic, proactive, energetic approach to work habits, management techniques, and communications.


• Strong understanding of business operations and processes, and the ability to identify and implement IT solutions that solve management needs.


• Proficiency in selling one or more of the following Microsoft-related disciplines:

o Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

o Dynamics 365 Business Central o Dynamics GP/NAV/SL

o Azure


• Ability to communicate Cambay Solution's extraordinary value to help facilitate additional opportunities within the client account.


• Excellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task.
