Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Special Events and Activities Coordinator to join our team at ONTARIO SKYJUMP INC. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of special events and activities that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating special events such as weddings, conferences, and corporate events.
  • Logistics: Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio visual equipment, and staffing.
  • Communication: Develop and implement marketing and communication plans to promote events and engage with clients.
  • Financial Management: Assist in preparing and managing event budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring financial reports are accurate and timely.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma in a related field such as event management, hospitality, or marketing.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in MS Office and event planning software.
