Job Title: Payroll Administrator

Aquapak Industries Ltd. is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Processing: Prepare and process payroll for all employees, including calculating gross and net salaries, deductions, and benefits.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee attendance, leave, and overtime.
  • Benefits Administration: Coordinate and administer employee benefits, including pension plans, leaves, and insurance.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit required reports and documentation, including T4 statements and other tax-related forms.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in payroll administration.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Kronos, human resources software, MS Excel, and MS Windows.
