Job Title: Payroll Administrator

Aquapak Industries Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll for all employees, including preparing and submitting T4 statements and other required documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and overtime information.
  • Prepare and balance period-end reports and reconcile issued payrolls to bank statements.
  • Perform data entry and maintain payroll records using Kronos and other HR software.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and management, responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration or Human Resources.
  • 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other HR software, including Kronos.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
