We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team at Aquapak Industries Ltd.
Job Summary:The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for preparing and processing payroll, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Payroll Processing: Prepare and process payroll, including calculating gross and net salaries, deductions, and benefits.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee attendance, leave, and overtime.
- Benefits Administration: Administer benefits, including pension plans, leaves, share savings, employment, and medical insurance.
- Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit reports, including T4 statements, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Communication: Inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
- Skills: Kronos, Human resources software, MS Excel, MS Windows.
