About the Role

The People Business Partner is a key member of the Svante team, responsible for driving business results through strategic people initiatives. This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, HR expertise, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that support business objectives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR-related matters, including talent development, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Design and deliver people programs that enhance organizational culture and employee experience.
  • Collaborate with the People and Culture team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct data analysis to inform people-related decisions and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on business partnership and talent development.
  • Proven track record of driving business results through people initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
What We Offer

Svante is committed to providing a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
