Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide proactive and personalized service to customers, understanding their financial needs and goals.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their financial well-being and satisfaction.
  • Financial Planning
    • Assess customers' financial situations, identifying areas for improvement and developing tailored financial plans.
    • Offer expert advice on investment, borrowing, and day-to-day banking solutions.
  • Sales and Business Development
    • Meet and exceed sales targets, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Professional Development
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and product offerings.
    • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Education and Certifications
    • Hold a Mutual Funds license and completed CIFP Diploma.
  • Skills and Experience
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
    • Strategic mindset, with the ability to develop personalized financial strategies and solutions.
