We are seeking an experienced and skilled Diagnostic Imaging Manager to lead our Diagnostic Imaging team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations and a proven track record of managing teams to achieve high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve Diagnostic Imaging services
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to achieve operational excellence
- Collaborate with physicians and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality patient care
- Manage budgets and resources to optimize departmental performance
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or Business Administration
- Master's degree or current enrollment in a Master's program (preferred)
- Current registration in good standing with a healthcare regulatory college
- Significant leadership or management experience in a healthcare environment
- Advanced clinical and administrative skills
- Lean management and process re-engineering experience
- Proven track record of achieving results that improve the organization and inspire confidence
