- Manage and direct staff to ensure effective team performance and achieve business objectives.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to optimize resource allocation and minimize costs.
- Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and communications materials to maintain a strong company image.
- Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that develop and implement communication strategies and information programs.
- Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products and services.
- Act as spokesperson for the organization to represent the company's interests and values.
- Gather, research, and prepare communications materials to support business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in market development, business growth, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
