Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at A&A Environmental Consultants Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for our team members.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with our team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, ability to work independently, and attention to detail.
