About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner to join our team at T-Net British Columbia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maximizing the value delivered by our team on all Lifecycle, CRM, and Consent Management workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee development needs in Lifecycle and Consent Management products, including Braze, Active Campaign, Ketch, and OneTrust.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle of the CRM products to build personalized engagement journeys with target audiences that drive business growth.
- Translate business product vision into tangible backlog and create user stories for the development team to act on.
- Work closely with compliance and privacy teams to ensure the product deliverable aligns with legal requirements and business objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact with current and prospective lifecycle and privacy system vendors.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in email marketing, consent management, and data acquisition.
- 5+ years of agile/product management experience.
- Critical thinking to problem solve from a technical solutions perspective.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
