Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Quesada Burritos and Tacos. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and training staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Train staff on new procedures and policies to ensure a high level of understanding
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of new procedures and make adjustments as needed
  • Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payments
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure financial stability

Requirements:

  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Organized: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Team player: Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with colleagues

Working Conditions:
