We are seeking a skilled Director, Disability Management to join our team.
Salary: $130,500 to $153,545 per year.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will lead key initiatives that foster adaptability, engagement, and alignment with the college's values and enabling strategy. This role is essential in cultivating a change-ready culture and driving behavior transformation.
You will work closely with senior leaders to champion continuous improvement, innovation, and the college's Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Indigenization (EDII) principles. Your expertise in people-centered change management and stakeholder engagement will help navigate disruptions, build resilience, and promote sustainable performance.
- Provide strategic leadership to foster a diverse and inclusive change-oriented culture.
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies, frameworks, and processes that align with the college's strategic direction, long-term goals, and commitment to equity and inclusion.
- Design and oversee the implementation of change programs, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities.
- Lead and manage major change initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop policies and processes that support change management, ensuring alignment with the college's strategic goals, including its EDII strategies, ethical standards, and a commitment to inclusive practices.
- Manage stakeholder analysis, training programs, communication plans, and resistance management efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Specialized training in change leadership models (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR) and adult education.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in change management within a large, complex organization, preferably in higher education.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale transformation initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience in developing and implementing change management frameworks.
- A strong understanding of equity, diversity, inclusion, and indigenization (EDII) principles in change management.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
