About the role
As a Specialist in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, you have the opportunity to create meaningful change to advance Intact’s DEI objectives through direct partnership within the business.

In this role, you will report to the Director of DEI, Mental Health & Well-being, as part of a mighty team of experts in the field. You will build internal partnerships within the business to plan, deliver and evaluate impactful DEI initiatives. At Intact, you’ll grow your brand as an advisor and subject matter expert to support HR business partners, leadership, and employee champions to progress the DEI strategy.
What you’ll do here
What you bring to the table:
Experience in Human Resources with 3 or more years focus on DEI, anti-racism, and decolonization. Experience leading and executing projects with a change management approach. Strong consultation skills to use subject matter expertise to develop and deliver initiatives with consideration of best practices while aligning with company’s values, specific business unit needs and meet clients where they are. Project and change management proficiency. Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills to build and present impactful presentations for business audiences. Strong written and verbal communication skills to progress the DEI journey, build allyship and maximize collaboration across levels. Ability to manage, prioritize and reprioritize multiple tasks and initiatives with a focus on desired end-state. Bilingualism (English/French) is required. Need to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking clients and colleagues across the country.#LI-Hybrid
