About the Role:

This is a full-time opportunity in our Innomar Strategies team, where you will be responsible for managing quality assurance release activities, ensuring compliance with GMP regulations, and developing effective relationships with operations management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage quality assurance release activities to ensure compliance with GMP regulations and contractual obligations.
  • Develop and implement quality systems to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct vendor audits and host client audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage a team of QA Release Specialists and Associates, providing direction, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with operations management to ensure compliance with GMP regulations.
  • Actively contribute to the development, maintenance, and improvement of Innomar GMP Quality Systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a pharmaceutical or healthcare-related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in quality assurance.
  • Experience in conducting vendor audits and hosting client audits.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Food and Drugs Act, Health Canada GMP regulations, and associated guidelines.
