Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Transportation Operations Manager to oversee the efficient management of our delivery operations. This role involves ensuring that all aspects of transportation are executed in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Oversight: Supervise daily transportation operations, including driver scheduling, route planning, and logistics coordination.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations, fuel efficiency standards, and quality control measures.
  • Driver Management: Train, evaluate, and coach drivers on performance improvement and policy adherence.
  • Customer Service: Foster strong relationships with clients by responding promptly to their needs, resolving issues efficiently, and exceeding expectations when possible.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: A minimum of [salary range]-year experience in a similar role within the transportation industry.
