We are seeking a skilled Service Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals in Milton, Canada.
Job Summary:The Service Manager will be responsible for supervising daily operations, training and mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality service.
- Train, mentor, and manage team members, providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management, ensuring accurate inventory records.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in management is a plus.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
