Job Title: VP, Commercial Sales US

At EVPassport, we're revolutionizing the EV Charging experience, and we're looking for a seasoned leader to join our team as VP, Commercial Sales US. As a key member of our Sales organization, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the US market.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of territory-focused Account Executives to maximize sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
  • Help identify and cultivate new business opportunities, building strong relationships with CRE contacts, channel partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the broader Sales team to refine our go-to-market strategy.
  • Advocate for how to best utilize our Sales tech stack.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to the executive team.
  • Stay current on EV and CRE market trends, the competitive landscape, and industry developments.
  • Represent EVPassport at industry events, conferences, and onsite with clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, with a proven track record of managing and scaling territory-focused Sales teams at or above the Account Executive level.
  • A proven track record of success as an outside seller, and success as a team leader.
  • Built, coached, and improved a sales team of Account Executives previously.
  • Experience leading a sales team selling a technical product or service.
  • Direct industry experience (EV) is required.
  • A deep understanding of the commercial real estate (CRE) landscape.
  • Experience optimizing a territory-based SMB sales strategy.
  • Experience selling in collaboration with a diverse channel.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
