Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Pioneer Gas is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
  • Assign sales workers to duties, including sales floor coverage, customer service, and visual merchandising.
  • Hire, train, and develop sales workers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Establish work schedules, manage staff attendance, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise in a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy loads, stand for long periods, and work in a dynamic retail environment.
