Retail Store Manager

Pioneer Gas is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring the store is adequately staffed and customers are served promptly.
- Hire, train, and develop sales staff, providing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
- Authorize payments, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.
- Establish work schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing overtime.
- Prepare sales reports, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- 3-4 years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure.
- Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a retail environment.
