Restaurant Operations Manager

At Brandson Ventures Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fast food establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams, balancing budgets, and implementing operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain financial accuracy.
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team members and identify areas for improvement.
- Cost products and services to ensure optimal pricing and profitability.
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to protect employees and customers.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best deals.
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to increase revenue streams.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the brand and attract new customers.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns to provide exceptional customer service.
- Provide customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to maintain efficiency and productivity.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a rural area and various locations.
- Budgetary responsibility of $100,001 - $500,000.
- Ability to enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
