Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at YF 2018 Restaurant Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that they have the skills and knowledge they need to perform their roles to the highest standard.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and that our customers receive a consistently high level of service.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, and ensure that our financial resources are being used effectively to meet the needs of our business.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, and prepare food order summaries for our chef.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
