Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure that we receive the best possible prices and quality.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer complaints or concerns and ensuring that customers receive a positive experience.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our restaurant and increase customer traffic.
  • Leadership: Lead and instruct employees to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
