Restaurant Operations Manager

YF 2018 Restaurant Ltd. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they meet their responsibilities.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our quality standards, and that our customers receive prompt and courteous service.
- Training and Development: Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help them improve their performance.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and ensure that our customers feel valued and appreciated.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Setting: Restaurant
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills
- Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
