About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and effective way
- Process and maintain customer information accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in software applications
