About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at A Six Foods Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate special events and ensure seamless execution
  • Determine food portion sizes and costs to maintain profitability
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements to meet customer demands
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain inventory levels
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes to high culinary standards
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain quality
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain kitchen operations
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient workflow
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen performance
  • Recruit and hire staff to maintain a skilled and motivated team
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Or equivalent experience in a related field
Work Setting

Our kitchen is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Asset Languages

We value diversity and are looking for candidates who are proficient in Hindi.

Work Language

English is the primary language spoken in our kitchen.

Work Term

This is a permanent position with a regular full-time schedule.

Hours

You will work 35 to 40 hours per week, with a regular schedule and opportunities for overtime.
