Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 15601169 Canada Inc. as a key member of our culinary operations.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our culinary team, developing menus, and ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and passionate chef to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Collaborate with our events team to create customized menus for special occasions and events.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Train and develop staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and control food costs to ensure profitability.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role.
  • Proven track record of menu development and implementation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to train and develop staff.
