Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at Travel Inn. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including responding to emails, making travel arrangements, and preparing documents.
  • Office Management: Ensure the efficient operation of our office, including maintaining accurate records, managing supplies, and performing data entry tasks.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain positive relationships with our staff, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and a welcoming work environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new software applications.
