Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Officer to join our team at Travel Inn. As an essential member of our operations, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure timely completion of duties
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
- Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Perform data entry and oversee payroll administration
- 3-4 years of experience in administrative roles
- Degree or diploma in business administration or a related field
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and other software applications
Travel Inn offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a retirement savings plan.
