At Calian Group Ltd., we are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Advanced Technologies sales effort. As the VP, Sales – Advanced Technologies, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our global presence, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and improve sales efficiency.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in the technology and engineering sectors.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop data-driven sales strategies.
