We offer a competitive salary range of $42,040 to $52,440 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, you will receive comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

">
  • ">
  • Providing clinical leadership and expertise to ensure high-quality client care;">
  • Developing and implementing educational programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills;">
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote effective delivery of client care;">
  • Evaluating unit orientation, clinical training, and other educational programming to ensure alignment with organizational goals and values.">

Requirements

">

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess:

">
  • ">
  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) degree;">
  • A minimum of 5 years recent full-time experience in emergency nursing, including adult, pediatric, mental health, trauma, and triage;">
  • Experience in a clinical leadership role such as clinical coordinator or charge nurse;">
  • Canadian Nurses Association certification is preferred;">
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certificate (PALS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS), and Advanced Cardiac Life Support Instructor Certificate (ACLS).">

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in formal clinical practice-related teaching/mentoring and previous experience coordinating quality improvement activities.
