Clinical Education Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Education Specialist to join our team at Medtronic plc. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional clinical education and training programs for our customers.
With a strong background in nursing or medicine, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively engage with healthcare professionals and educate them on the latest medical devices and technologies.
Job Description:- Develop and implement comprehensive clinical education strategies to support the successful adoption of Medtronic's products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless integration of clinical education initiatives.
- Design and deliver engaging educational programs, workshops, and training sessions for customers, incorporating adult learning principles and best practices.
- Conduct needs assessments, analyze customer feedback, and identify areas for improvement to continually enhance clinical education offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of educational activities, including participant engagement, feedback, and outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medicine, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in clinical education, sales, or marketing within the medical device industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful clinical education strategies that drive business results.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform clinical education decisions.
- A competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
