EHN Canada, a leading provider of mental health, trauma, and addiction treatment facilities, is seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to oversee nursing staff in patient care. With over 100 years of collective experience, our programs are designed to provide compassionate care across the country.

**Job Summary:**

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and Nurse Practitioner.
  • Monitor patients' health condition and respond to changes in status.
  • Maintain accurate documentation according to EHN Canada and Documentation Practice Standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
  • Oversee and delegate tasks to other nursing staff, as appropriate.
  • Assist with nursing education, training, and mentoring of new nursing staff.
  • Adhere to the behaviours outlined in our policies and procedures that promote client safety.
  • Investigate, report, and address any patient-related incidents, escalating as required.

**Requirements:

  • Current registration, in good standing with the College of Registered Nurses.
  • Holds a BScN.
  • BLS & CPR trained.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, practice standards, and best practice guidelines as outlined by the College of Nurses.

**Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year**, depending on location and experience. Comprehensive benefits package includes a yearly allowance for mental health and addiction services, employee assistance program, paid time off, and more.
