We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Culinary Specialist to join our team at 11365703 Canada Inc. as a key member of our kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution: Plan and prepare menus, estimate food requirements, and requisition supplies to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Culinary Expertise: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, taking into account food allergies and intolerances, and special meal requirements as instructed by dietitians or chefs.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment, and manage kitchen operations to optimize efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing kitchen operations and priorities.
- Organized: Maintain accurate records and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
