About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Sunset Inn & Suites. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Training: Supervise and train cooking staff, including specialist chefs, chefs, and cooks, to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Assist in planning and preparing menus, including specialty foods for events and banquets.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food meets quality standards and is prepared in a safe and sanitary environment.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.
