Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Sunset Inn & Suites. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food and service.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute menus, including estimating food requirements and requisitioning supplies.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, ensuring presentation and quality meet our standards.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Manage inventory, ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of physical activity.
