Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Osmows. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food service professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Food Preparation and Presentation: Establish methods to meet work schedules, requisition food and kitchen supplies, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, prepare budget and cost estimates, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is an asset.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
