S.P. Lodge is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Housekeeping: Ensure that all rooms and public areas are clean and tidy, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets and upholstered furniture.
  • Laundry and Linen: Sort, wash, and fold laundry, and restock linen closets.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), stand for extended periods, and walk frequently.
  • Personal Qualities: Punctuality, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, excellent written communication, and honesty.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. They will be required to work independently and as part of a team, and will be expected to maintain a high level of attention to detail.
