Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and provide a welcoming environment for customers.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with fast-paced work conditions and physical capabilities.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: We recruit and provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.
- Support for Youths: We offer on-the-job training tailored to youth and provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
- Support for Veterans: We provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for Veterans.
- Support for Indigenous People: We develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations.
- Support for Visible Minorities: We provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
