About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food Service Team Member to join our team at Subway. As a Food Service Team Member, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and beverages in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and package food and beverages to order, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, maintaining a positive and respectful team environment.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed to ensure that our stores are always fully stocked and ready to serve.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in our stores, and proficiency in English is required for this role.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
