About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at MrMikes Steakhouse Casual. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve food to customers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all orders are accurate and meet our high standards.
  • Cash Handling and Point of Sale: Operate a cash register and process transactions with accuracy and efficiency, handling customer payments and making change as needed.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized workspace, and communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including stocking and replenishing supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized storage area.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
