About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at 1505360 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information on our services and policies.
  • Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintain accurate records, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Switchboard Operations: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls as needed.
  • Office Management: Order supplies, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in MS Office and other administrative software.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 37.5 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
