About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in staff development and engagement. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for implementing strategies that drive employee growth, productivity, and retention.

Job Description
  • Inspire and motivate employees to deliver exceptional customer service and quality products.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance skills and knowledge, resulting in improved performance and job satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address them.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee performance, training, and development.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
